UNC Charlotte Center City

Great facility with a bagel shop at the entrance. Classrooms are small and comfortable. Close to nearby places to eat. Parking lot is not free, there is also metered parking. 2nd floor has an auditorium and a small area for events. Security team and cleaning staff are always friendly and considerate. Art installations and bookstore on first floor.

Gorgeous brand-new building built with sustainability in mind. The First Ward Park is the backdrop for this unique piece of architecture, making it more of an experience than just a building. It is a perfect addition that connects the UNC Charlotte community with the economic center of our area. The building hosts most of the professional degree programs like the MBA, MPA, and MUD in a convenient location for working people. My biggest complaint is the slow elevators, parking, and the lack of dining options in the immediate area. At peak class time you'll have a line going across the building waiting on the elevators.

Really like this place! I feel it gets a little sketchy at night time outside so I don't necessarily like the location but I'm guessing Charlotte is trying to make the First Ward a better section of Charlotte. Regardless, the school is great, the professors are awesome! I highly recommend Dr. Kohut and Dr. Amato if you are in the MBA program.

Nice campus, convenient location, with an art gallery, and a nice park next door.
