I have struggled for 30 years with a sinus issue sue to a deviated septum. After 1 session I could tell a remarkable difference and after 2 sessions my sinus has completely cleared!. I have tried Flonase, Benadryl, and other OTC options but nothing has worked as well as 2 halotherapy sessions at Salt and Souls. Plus it is the most beautiful and welcoming space.

Salt and souls is one of my favorite places to refill my own cup at. As a woman in the healing world myself constantly giving energy to others through reiki and sound healing classes, it can be hard to find a place that you feel so held and safe at. I have personally found this at this place. Sound baths with Esti and Kat are my favorite treat to give myself once a month. There is something so magical about a sound bath but add halotherapy into the mix and its a place to zen out. I have also treated myself to an intuitive facial with Ani and it was unlike what I could have even expected. She was magical and so kind. We bonded through each of us being an herbalist and I felt like I could trust her with my energy and my skin. I have recently received an intuitive massage from Alex and it was exactly what I have been looking for. Someone who can send energy into my body while easing the tension. I wish more places offered this type of service. If you want a place to just zen out and feel held, I highly recommend trying Salt and Souls. Jenna has done an amazing job getting the right people to work here and offer services that will fill you with love and offer a way to fill your cup back up. I plan to bring my kiddos in here with me too one day.
