NASCAR Racing Experience and Richard Petty Driving Experience

My husband was gifted with this driving experience. He wasn't sure that he'd like it since he's not a NASCAR fan, but it ended up that he LOVED it! Friendly & professional staff throughout the day. Lots of speed--137 mph in the 5-minute run. Great shaded area for families to sit & watch. Not TOO loud, so you can talk & don't need earplugs. Definitely would recommend for a fun day of speed!

2nd time doing this. Went about 5 yrs ago and was completely satisfied. So took my daughter for her birthday. Completely opposite experience. It's like it was everyone's 1st day on the job with no training! The people at check in and the check out trailer had no clue what they were doing, struggled to operate the computers. 10 minutes minimum once you got waited on. Everyone in line were rolling there eyes in disbelief. I have never seen so many incompetent employees in my life. What has happened here?

We were there to observe a family member participating in the driving experience. We are unfamiliar with the area, so stopped in the ticket offce/gift shop for directions. When we got to the driving experience entrance, we received additional instructions on where to park and access the observation area. The multiple-step directions were somewhat confusing - additional signage or perhaps a small map would have been helpful. Once we arrived at the right place, there was plenty of parking. The event is somewhat observer-friendly, but they could definitely do better. Of course, they aren't making any money off of spectators. Overall, those employees that we interacted with were friendly and welcoming, and certainly doing their best.

Our twin grandsons were visiting us so we took the opportunity to purchase a ride along experience for them. Booking was simple and the professional. After arriving at the Charlotte facility (12/7/19) we were somewhat confused about the sign in process however, thanks to Tyler everything worked out perfectly. Our boys had the experience of a lifetime and were treated professionally by all the Petty driving Experience team. Special shout-out to Tim and Tyler for their professionalism and care. Could not have purchased a better "early" Christmas present. Highly recommend this experience and organization!

Booked a day to do ride alongs with Adam Boatman for an employee team building event. Everyone had an awesome time and Adam made sure everyone felt comfortable and enjoyed the experience. Actually booked when it was Richard Petty Driving Experience so there were a couple hiccups but we got it worked out. Enjoyed lunch in the Petty suite afterwards although I doubt thats an option since the transition. Also bought a video of one of the ride alongs. The quality is Amazing!!
