Sportsplex at Matthews

This is a very nice multi-sport facility, primarily catering to soccer. I spoke with a couple of groundskeepers who were very nice, and clearly proud of the facility. These types of venues bring in huge numbers of athletes and their families into the areas they serve; we stayed at the nearby Courtyard hotel and ate at local restaurants while in the area for a soccer ID camp, plus did some local shopping. Matthews should be very proud of their investment in this amazing sports-park!

A superb location for sports and tournaments. I had a soccer tournament here recently, and the experience was excellent. County staff and tournament staff were attentive and well-organized, there was plenty of parking, and the location makes it easy to access and find places for lunch. The fields are high quality, and the supporting infrastructure for the fields is excellent.
Ice Time
Why I gave it a five is because my brother won the rugby championship here. Plus, it is a great place to go to with so many great sports being played. I would totally recommend you visit this place because you will have a time that you will never forget. GOOOOOOOOO HERE!

Nice parking. Clean toilets. I like that there is playground for little kids, so if you bring younger siblings here they dont need to spend all the time on the field. And very easy to find.

Awesome place for a crown legacy game! Just not a great parking experience if Charlotte FC plays there
