I brought in a driver shaft to be cut down and tipped to fit a 3 wood. The job was not done correctly. They left some of the shaft close to the tip exposed and cut the shaft too short from what I asked for the length to be. I called and was told to bring the shaft in and they would take care of me. Grant Houser and Sean Cosby did just that! They apologized and proceeded to get me a new shaft that was very similar to the one I brought in originally. They put a tip on the shaft and cut it to the exact specifications I wanted. No questions asked! I was very impressed and pleased by their customer service. This is exactly how you do business and treat people! I couldnt recommend more Sean and Grant and the PGA Tour Superstore in Charlotte! Great job guys!

Went to the store and luckily I was helped by Lee. His last name aludes me, maybe Lee Marks. Anyway, I informed Lee of the reason for my visit. My Taylormade Sim2 driveway was making a rattling noise. Lee tested it also, and stated I believe you have a crack and a loose weight inside the head. He immediately called TaylorMade and let them know I purchased the driver 8/20/2022. I was then told by Lee that they had agreed to upgrade me to TM Stealth 2.0. I was shocked. Greatest service I've had from a company and by an employee. TaylorMade for life. Lee Marks great job.

Nice store, clean, but ZERO flexibility. Cant order over the phone with a credit card forcing me to drive 50 miles to order a club. Ridiculous.This is to add to a set of irons I bought from them.

The store is amazing physically but good luck getting a store associate to make eye contact with you let alone talk to you. Was in for a driver and a new set of irons and apparently none of the 20 associates who appear to be randomly walking around could be bothered to help. Other reviews echo the same. Its clear the employees at this store dont care about customers or about making sales. Its a real shame because the location and store amenities are fantastic. Oh well, Ill go somewhere else that can be bothered to have a simple conversation.
