My wife booked a custom suit experience for my birthday. It ended up taking 6 trips with me living an hour away to finally get my suit. I was charged twice for alterations when I shouldn't have been charged the second time if they had gotten it correct the first time. Unfortunately, the time it took, the unprofessional manner given when I expressed my concerns (not the owner), and the additional alteration cost doesn't allow me to recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely the best! They go above and beyond with what they do. They custom your suits to the point where you dont want to go anywhere else. Definitely the best spot in Charlotte for a new suits whether its for work, parties, Galas, or casual outtings.
