Love love love this location!! The clothes are always on point and the staff is so sweet. I even got engaged in one of their sweaters. Highly recommend checking out their Instagram because thats where I find most of my favorite pieces.

Compared to other Monkees locations, the Charlotte store is very disappointing. It is a small store with very limited inventory. I would have thought that their Charlotte store would have a larger selection of clothing, shoes, and accessories since it is in a larger city. It would be nice if this location offered designer handbags and accessories like other locations as well, but they do not. The lack of diversity among staff and in marketing is disappointing, leaving many customers feeling excluded.

Every time I go to this Monkees I know that Im going to find something good! No matter the occasion, the staff is always there to help me figure out the best attire and accessories. Everyone is so friendly and its my go-to store!

Worst experience on my life. The customer service was so bad that it made me want to cry. No one asked me if I needed help or even talked to me. When I picked out a dress I stood around awkwardly until someone finally asked me if I was ready to try it on. I would 100% never go back there. I even worked in retail and know how people should be treated and that was not it. I hope they do something about this soon because it was a horrible experience. I even live near the location so its not like I was an outsider or anything. If I could rate this lower than one star I would.

Im not usually one to write reviews, but WOW. The experience and the customer service that I received with Kari and Sophia was absolutely amazing. They were so kind, patient, and knowledgeable about everything in the store. I had so many questions about styling certain clothing, and Kari (who is super fashionable herself) helped me so much. Sophia also gave great recommendations in helping me pick out the best gifts for my friends. I never knew that I would come across such gems. Thank you guys sooooo much!! I will definitely be visiting this place often when I need to buy gifts for my friends. If youre looking for great service, ask for one of these ladies.
