The woman running the info center was very kind. She gave a lot of helpful information on what was happening in Charlotte and fun places to visit. They have a collection of stickers, post cards, cups, and more if you like to collect these kinds of things.

The people here are extremely knowledgeable resources for what's happening in Charlotte and what to do. The maps are all terrible, though. Cartoony and lacking detail. They're free, which is great, but I will get basically no real use out of them. Also there is zero parking other than just the rare street parking, which isn't great for visitors in a car dominated city.
