The customer service I received while at Captivate is unmatched. The entire customer experience from start to finish is beyond what I expected. I was immediately greeted upon entering and felt welcomed the whole time. I had the Manger's full attention and felt like she was my own personal shopper. I can't wait to have a reason to get dressed up again. I will definitely be shopping at Captivate!!
