This has been, by far, the best experience I've ever had shopping for formal wear. Dillon & his whole Team at this location have gone above & beyond to get me what I needed for an upcoming music award show & made it look great on me! If you value supreme guest service, quality garments & exceptional tailoring...this BB location is for you. Dillon was respectful, patient & educating, in my opinion. I have always been difficult to fit & he also listened to me. He did not attempt to put me in something else I didn't like. I personally enjoy the overall look, feel, drape & quality of B.Bros. garments. New customer for life here & happy to say that Forever May Fall walked away winners! Thank you!!

I was quite disappointed. I saw a suit that I loved and when I was browsing to find my size (44R) the guy said, do you need help sir? I responded that I wanted to be fitted on this one suit. He then looked me up and down and said can you afford it? Now I was dressed down because it was a weekend but I looked at him dumbfounded and was extremely at a loss of words.

Just to be candid: Randy is 100% the reason for this review. If youre planning on visiting this store, it would behoove you to call ahead and check that Randy is workingyou will NOT regret the 15 seconds it takes to do that! His customer service, knowledge and experience is second to none. If this store sold anything other than clothing (and Randy was working), I would buy it! Brooks Brothers cars?? Id go to Randy. And hed probably find me the perfect car.
