Wonderful experience at Brilliant Earth! We have worked with Emily and highly recommend her. Kind, helpful, and great communication. Showroom is beautiful, and settings were easily transferred from another store that werent there in Charlotte so we could make sure of our choice. Emily is really accommodating and made us feel super comfortable. Definitely recommend them!

Overall Brilliant Earth is a high end AND environmentally friendly jewelry. I was SO excited when I saw Brilliant Earth was opening up in south end. My boy friend and I went to look at engagement rings. I will say that despite an appointment time, we waitied about 20 minutes post appointment time to even be seen. We saw someone named Emilyshe was incredibly kind and accommodating. After the appointment we we were told wed get an email from her with our selections and we didnt got a follow up? BUT after reaching out to their team it seems there can be an issue with emails not always coming through if its not a personal email. I had great support following my complaint about being unable to get the follow up. They do not have direct phone lines which does make getting support difficult but over I do recommend Brilliant Earth.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The manager is quite full of herself. I was immediately judged by my physical appearance, and could tell she wanted nothing to do with me. I pride myself on debunking the age-old phenomenon of judging a book by its cover. I do not believe ones financial situation should be based on the clothes they wear. Clearly, aforementioned manager believes differently. After booking a second appointment to buy a solidly priced ring, I called back to express my frustration with how I was treated. When I received the follow up phone call, was met with hostility. Typically, I only write positive reviews, but, given what transpired, I had to make my first negative review. Im not sure age or spending threshold needed to be treated with respect, but, apparently, I am not it. Im assuming, again, because of how I look. As for the finale, when I spoke to the manager to express my frustrations, I was hung up on rudely. They had great diamonds, which I planned on buying. However, I will not give my money to support that type of pompous attitude

What a great experience. Austin helped out my soon to be fianc and I with putting together an engagement ring and we enjoyed every minute of it. We never felt rushed and he was happy to let us explore tons of diamond and setting options.
