I had a great time at the jazz room. Great venue for live music. I also loved the lights and decor. Nice and intimate experience with the artist. Definitely suggest for a date night.

My wife, son and I came here tonight because the Arts and Science Council gave free tickets to teachers who represent each school. I would have never come, but I am so happy I did. I learned so much about New Orleans Jazz and heard some amazing musicians. I loved it. Can't wait until I get to go back.

The Jazz Arts Initiative's Jazz Room shows feature amazing current performers while paying homage to the pioneers of the art. There is no better way to enjoy and learn about America's most significant contribution to the arts than through these shows. The performances are fantastic and I hope they begin recording and archiving these. Something magical happens every time. Go, whether you're an expert or an initiate, you will find the time well spent.
