My daughter turned 13 so I decided to pick a place that had plenty to do. This was not my first event at Start and Strikes but it was the first that I paid to have. The service was amazing, we had our own party assistant who was Natalie and she was OUTSTANDING! The company gave us balloons, plates, cups, forks and the only think I was responsible for was the cake and candy bags. Natalie constantly checked on us throughout the night, she let me know about the schedule we had for the rental time and was kind enough to take some cake once our party was over! The manager Ben was around to assist with any questions we had and I am beyond glad we chose this spot to celebrate her birthday! She and her party had an amazing time.

This is our first visit to this place. Everything was looking good. They have nice lanes, arcade and laser tags. Bumper car was waste of money and time. Definitely they need to have bigger place for bumper car. Laser tag is good. - In arcade few game machines are not working and deducting the card credit. - very poor services. - VIP birthday pass $29.99 pack is not worth. - No dedicated Host assigned. One lady came and suddenly disappeared as host - No one came to host the birthday ( no host and expected)- do mot book birthday party. - No host no announcement of celebration I will give an other chance but my suggestions its not worth paying that much for such bad service. Note- thanks for the lady who came late and arranging the laser tag and bumper car event. For her I am giving 3 star else 1 star. Good luck.

Randomly found this place out of boredom and glad we did! Our family has a blast here. One of the only places weve ever been where you actually win stuff out of the claw machine. They also have a bowling alley (with good food that they can bring out to you), laser tag, bumper cars, and plenty of arcade games. Really enjoyed our time here. Definitely going back!

I was impressed. Nicer than I thought it would be inside. Bowling lanes were in good shape and all working. Staff I interacted with were all friendly and accommodating. Went for a teenage fam. party but definitely plants go back with adults.

Had a soccer party on Saturday October 29, 2022 and should have chosen another place. Autumn the event manager Never took the time to call or text before the party. Went into the party room the floor had food all over it tables were dirty and a torn plastic dollar tree table cloth over the table. I was not happy and will not have another event here. The host brought drinks out 30 minutes before party started, I had the room for an hour from 12:30-1:30 food comes out at 12:50 no plastic forks for kids to eat salad we also had breadsticks they brought out at 1:15 we had to be out at 1:30. Services just sucked dont waste your time having a party here.
