My experience with Ultimate Air Shuttle was 5 stars. But if I could rate my travel agency would be 1 star. I booked the trip online. Arrived in O'hara which was fine since I had 2 hours to get to Midway. On itinerary Ultimate Air shuttle showed Midway as the Departing Airport. So I Ubered to Midway and when I got there I could not find Ultimate Air. Asked a few different people and no one new which gate was Ultimate Air. Finally I call them and they explained they are next to Midway. So I grab another Uber and we still had a problem finding this place. The Uber driver and I saw a heavily guarded gated (picture attached) area with a security guard with a gun so we drove up slowly and asked. Sure enough Ultimate Air. Flight and service was great,. I hope this helps anyone else flying Ultimate Air at Midway.

They ALWAYS make my travel incredible. Recently, I went to ATL but returned to Cincy to find that my truck battery died. They stayed with me, jump started the truck, and made sure that we were safe. I have to admit:. Ultimate Air is worth every penny. Great customer service!
