Meeting and event planners will find convenience, luxury and secluded gathering options on one expansive property with over 26,000 square feet of indoor meeting space. There are indoor and outdoor options at all the venue sites, to accommodate groups of 10 to 1000 for a variety of business and association meetings, executive board functions, trade shows, retreats, teambuilding events, product launches, weddings and more. The five distinct buildings include The Mott House built in 1852, The Pavilion, The Pergola, The Boulder Room, The Barn and The Langtree Oak outdoor venue.
Turnkey meetings and catering are backed by a team of hospitality professionals, chef-prepared custom menus and state of the art audio visual equipment with fiber optic internet for fast connections. All chairs, tables, podiums, etc. are included in venue rental price.
Location is a key advantage of The Venues at Langtree, just 1 mile off Interstate 1-77 (Exit 31) north of Charlotte in Mooresville, NC. An onsite trolley can take guests to and from area hotels located less than a mile from the property.

We toured The Venues at Langtree just 3 days after we got engaged and knew it would be tough to beat. It had everything we were looking for - around the Charlotte area, large enough for 200+ people, multiple indoor spaces for a separate ceremony and reception, and pretty outdoor spaces. Lisa was very kind and offered to let us visit the venue multiple times during our planning process. She was helpful in answering questions we had throughout the planning process. We did find it much easier and quicker to communicate over the phone instead of email. Our only complaint is that their website boasts of their partnership with vetted vendors and the seamless wedding experience, however we didnt feel this was an accurate description of our planning process. We were restricted to the caterer and rental company that partner with Langtree but still had to handle all the communication and contracts with them separately. These vendors were a bit out of our intended price range, but had already committed to Langtree when we found this out. We would have much rather taken the time to research other caterers and rental companies to find those that fit our budget. During and after our wedding, many guests complimented the beauty and accessibility of the buildings and property. Overall we are pleased with our experience and would recommend The Venues at Langtree to others.

This venue is beautiful and the catering service is really nice and very on top of communication. Chris, the owner, is especially wonderful. He reached out to me after having an issue. We had a wonderful conversation and he asked me how we could fix the issue. Come here if you want great customer service and an owner who cares about the experiences of his guests.

Pre-COVID, we were planning a two day Indian-American fusion wedding with 350 guests. Many venues we toured in Charlotte that could accommodate this capacity were outside of our budget, but Langtree Plantation was very well-priced for the services provided. They allowed us to provide our own alcohol (assuming we obtained appropriate licensing for the events), bring in 2 caterers, and use some of their linens/decor (do note this was prior to the change in management). On top of all this, the property is beautiful - especially during the spring! The grass was freshly mowed the day of our event, and everything was set up as planned. We utilized the plantation house for getting ready on both days, the arbor outside for our ceremony, the Boulder room for our cocktail hour, and the Pavilion for our sangeet and reception. Lisa was super helpful and quick to respond to emails/texts with venue related questions. She even allowed us to store items in the venue in advance of the wedding for smoother setup.

This was the most incredible setting for a wedding or honestly any other large special event. Our daughters wedding was amazing and unforgettable because of this stunning venue. Lisa, was incredible and made us feel very important and heard with all of our requests and concerns. This was honestly the most beautiful wedding I have ever been to. The Venues at Langtree is an absolutely gorgeous setting for any event! Our florals were only accents to the natural beauty of the landscape. From the beautiful arbor and walkway at the Pergola to the small spaces like the gazebo with the swings nestled in the shade of old trees and the shady lawn around the historic Mott House, this venue provides so many beautiful opportunities for photos. The event spaces offered many options for all types, sizes and styles of events. The spaces are neutral which makes your options for dcor limitless! With a friendly and helpful staff to work with, your event is sure to be a success! We enjoyed creating florals for a wedding in October and hope to have the opportunity to design for other events at the venue in the future!
