We had a corporate event at a nearby hotel. The hotel staff recommended Firebirds as a catering option. We did notice the website wouldn't let us customize some items so we opted for a phone call. We were put in contact with Jordan. We called and no answer to only find she had been injured via the text message. But Jordan, injured and not even at work at the time still began getting everything in place to make sure we would have lunch the following day. From there we emailed the order and she continually kept in touch. A nice gentleman arrived onsite with our orders. We opted for the box lunches. They had went the extra mile to put each persons name on the boxes. He laid everything out for us and was very prompt. After lunch we even received communication asking how everything was. Firebirds gets 5 stars for communication, promptness, customer service, and most importantly the food was terrific. Highly recommend using them to cater your next event. (PS try the deviled eggs and the dessert tray, both were fabulous)

First, the wait-staff told us the bartender didn't know how to make an Amaretto Sour. Then, the wait- staff said they don't serve or stock Amaretto. From one extreme to the other, really!? Please get your act or your excuses straight, won't you? The kitchen sent out the wrong soup, and after that, they left off the fully loaded baked potato from the entre. From one extreme to the other, really!? Overall, the food was luke-warm at best. As a newly opened Firebird's restaurant, this place needs a serious overhaul. The server, Melissa, was excellent. Whatever went wrong was beyond her control, and her 25% tip reflected how hard she worked!! PS: It was so cold inside the restaurant, you could have hung meat up to keep it fresh.

Recently started working at a business park right off of arrowwood. This is the BEST LUNCH YET. Teetering on the best burger Ive had since Ive been in North Carolina.

I love that individual lunch orders are offered at the corporate location. It's super convenient as I work in the business park. Everything has been super fresh and delicious every time!

I ordered some wings today about an hour ago at the Northlake Charlotte location. These wings came out hard as rocks, with crumbly bones and discoloration on parts of the meat. These should have never left Firebird's kitchen. I've attempted to reach the manager on duty 4xs and have been placed on hold for several minutes then the phone disconnects. I have been unsuccessful in reaching a manager so I am leaving my complaint 7nder the corporate name . The pictures do not convey how horrible these wings are. I expect more from a restaurant especially a restaurant at this price point. This is unacceptable.
