We are incredibly grateful to Alexander Homestead for making our dream wedding a reality on April 22, 2023. Planning remotely from Seattle, our brunch wedding was nothing short of perfection. The team's impeccable communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail made us feel involved and supported throughout the entire process. We were fortunate to work closely with Carolann, our exceptional event planner. Despite the physical distance, she made us feel like her top priority from day one. Her professionalism, warmth, and meticulous attention to detail were evident in every aspect of our wedding planning journey. Carolann's expertise and personal touch ensured that our vision came to life flawlessly. The Alexander Homestead team perfectly blended their expertise, honed from countless weddings, with a genuine personal touch that made us feel like the only couple in the world. It's easy to imagine that in such a popular venue, one might feel like just another couple in a long line of weddings being churned out every year- that was my fear. However, that was not the experience with AH. We were treated with the utmost care and individuality, as if our celebration was the pinnacle of their day. We never felt like just another event on their calendar. They never failed to listen attentively to our ideas and preferences, making us feel truly special and ensuring that our wedding was uniquely tailored to us. The venue is just as breathtaking in person as it looks in pictures. The beautifully manicured gardens, charming details, and elegant architecture created a romantic ambiance that was picture perfect. The moment our guests arrived, they were captivated by the venue's timeless beauty. It provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception. Throughout the entire event, the staff at Alexander Homestead worked tirelessly to ensure that everything ran smoothly. They anticipated our needs before we even realized them ourselves. The professionalism, friendliness, and expertise of the team were truly remarkable, making us feel like royalty on our special day. The venue exceeded our expectations in every way, leaving us with cherished memories that we will treasure for a lifetime. Hands down best decision on our choice of wedding venues! The place is gorgeous, we knew it was the right choice as soon as we saw how beautiful it was. The staff was absolutely amazing and personable. Carolann and Tirzah have so much experience and were so fun to work with, they constantly checked on me and my wife to make sure all our needs were met the day of, and leading up to the wedding. Carolann had no problem answering any questions or concerns we had. So much weight was lifted off our shoulders when it came to the planning, it was almost effortless. Alexander Homestead exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it to anyone interested!

Alexander Homestead is the best! From the very beginning with my initial tour with Nicole, I felt like my experience truly mattered to the team, and that I was more than just a number. I fell in love with the property and gardens, which have looked beautiful during every season I have visited. A member of the team was readily available to answer my many questions throughout the process, always making me feel supported. The all-inclusive nature made planning so much easier, which was very important to my husband and me. It was so helpful to have preferred vendors that are some of the best in the business and know the venue so well. Tirzah was my Day of Coordinator and she was phenomenal! She has so much experience, and I trusted her to make the day flow seamlessly. It took so much stress off of us and our families and friends, truly allowing us to enjoy the day. It could not have been more perfect! We were able to open the barn doors and have the indoor/outdoor flow that we desired, and the fire pit was a huge crowd pleaser for those who werent on the dance floor. Everyone who worked the event was so friendly and professional. I cant thank this team enough, and would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding!

If you are looking for a beautiful, indoor/outdoor venue close to Uptown Charlotte - Alexander Homestead is your place! We are not a typical 'wedding venue customer' and Alexander Homestead have become wonderful partners in hosting our event - Girl Tribe Pop Up. We originally turned to them in the midst of COVID, seeking an outdoor venue to host our Pop Up shopping event and our partnership has grown into having 6 successful events with them over the last year. The whole team works so hard every single event to help make our events a huge success - they are attentive, dedicated, and communicative. We, at Girl Tribe Co., are so appreciative of Alexander Homestead's support and willingness to let our somewhat 'out of the box' event take over their beautiful property for what has always been an incredible day! If you are searching for a wedding venue, event venue, corporate retreat, or anything else you can dream of - this is your place! P.S. the gardens are especially beautiful in the late spring/early summer!!

Just book this venue! If you want a beautiful, stress free wedding this is the place. The vendors, staff, and planning process were incredibly streamlined which made for a beautiful wedding day that I could truly enjoy as a bride. From the moment we toured the venue and met with the staff, we fell in love with AH and felt incredibly cared for as a couple. The AH team is friendly, warm, excellent at communication and planning, and really makes you feel cared for during the planning process and wedding day. They even went above and beyond to accommodate so that my dream outdoor garden wedding could still happen in between rain showers! Minutes before the ceremony, they dried the seats and handed umbrellas out to all of our guests! It made our amazing wedding day even more memorable and special. Special shout out to Danielle, our day of coordinator, who helped execute the most delightful day for me and my husband. Her warm and assuring presence helped us feel at ease and confident on our wedding day, allowing us to truly savor and enjoy every moment of this unforgettable day. Book with AH- you wont regret it!
