Mixologist Bob Peters created Hibiscky Business, a concoction of Lunazul blanco tequila, house-made hibiscus syrup, fresh lime, fresh orange and Lenny Boy ginger kombucha. This cocktail will be available daily during Savor Charlotte for $15. Chef Chris Coleman created a SAVORy liege waffle with pimento cheese, bacon and hot maple butter, available on Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 4:00 p.m., during Folia's Bougie Brunch.
