Ever Andalo is offering a special-features menu that highlights the northern parts of Italy, in addition to the regular menu. Features include a pork shank, polenta dish and a pasta dish. Available at dinner only. Menu highlights include:
Canederli: Bread dumpling, speck, cheese, herbs, parmigiano reggiano broth
Veal Ragù: Braised veal, San Marzano tomato, aged balsamic, juniper berry, tagliatelle
Braised Lamb Shank: alpine herbs, cacio e pepe polenta, cherry demi-glacé
Homespun Olive Oil Gelato: Mariella and Grace olive oil, maldon salt
Reservations are recommended but not required to dine at Ever Andalo. Walk-ins welcome.
