315 @ LoSo

We had a great experience staying with 315 @ LOSO. We had to book very last minute for a concert when lots of other hotels were booked, and the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. The check-in was super easy and they were even nice even to tell us how to use the train for the concert if we needed to. The room was clean, complimentary toiletries were decent quality, and the bed was very comfortable. The A/C unit was a bit loud in the early morning hours, but we decided to just do a late check-out (which they give complimentary) so it wasnt too much of a problem. I would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at LoSo. The entire staff (Cynthia, Javier, Pamela ,Ashley, Andrea, and others) were all so kind, helpful and very accommodating. The room was very clean and roomy. The location is great, walking distance to the train and only minutes away to downtown, breweries, restaurants, and the airport. I would not hesitate to book this hotel the next time were in CLT. Thank you to the staff for the lovely stay.

This hotel looked nothing like the pictures online.. We had a weird experience with a man loitering in the lobby, he appeared to be friends with the woman at the front desk, however he was asking personal questions to us that felt inappropriate and unsafe to answer, while the worker did not say anything. We had another weird encounter with a man in the elevator who seemed out of it. When we got to our room we heard a faint screaming sound. The rooms were very dingy, the bedding was stained and there were dark red marks on the curtains, which were also broken. The room appeared very dirty and run-down, the bathroom did not seem clean. We decided not to stay because we felt so unsafe and unclean. The desk did not seem surprised by our decision. We did not get our money back but I am just glad we got out. It was not a good experience.

Ashlie was the sweetest employee of the world. I actually cannot believe she works here, thats how great she is with hospitality and customer service. As for the rest of the staff not only did they refuse to give me a reason as to why my incidental fee wasnt processed they then lied on day three of me calling them asking whats going on with the refund. They then told me a NON SMOKER that i smoked in the room? They then told me i would be emailed pictures of the smoking in the room. Never emailed me then they blocked me from calling. Number one, it was nice out this weekend so if i even needed to smoke there was no problem with doing it outside. As a FREQUENT TRAVELER I know what the rules are and follow them accordingly. I never smoked and for them to try to be a money grab and tell me on DAY 3!!! That the room was smoked in and thats why my 100 dollar deposit isnt being refunded. Again, as a frequent traveler a smoking fee is 300 dollars at minimum so they lied to keep 100 dollars.

We were displaced by Hurricane Helene with no power, water or Internet for 13 days. 315 Loso was our home away from home. The staff including but not limited to Ashlie, Miss Catherine, Javier went above and beyond to care for our physical and emotional needs. The price was more than fair and the bed comfy enough to really sleep and recover from the stress. They even made our dog feel welcome. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts guys for making a positive impact on our lives at a time when we needed it most.
