I was visiting family who know my love of fine vino and this is the winery they chose. It was fabulous! It was a Monday and, as expected, it wasn't busy. I would LOVE to return on a weekend when they have live entertainment. It's set up to be a great outdoor venue. It even has a tree house you can rent by the hour & hang out in while the band plays! The wine is EXCELLENT. We did a tasting...well worth itI I love sweet wine & most of their offerings were SWEET & PERFECT to me! The tasting was not just a tasting, it was a very interesting & entertaining story of the winery itself, & the owners. We actually got to meet the lovely lady in the parking lot as we were leaving. I purchased a few bottles; wish I got more. Got some cool souvenirs. I will visit again!

Our first time here. My Wife took me there for my birthday for a reserved wine tasting. It was really nice and our hostess Mia was awesome. All of the staff that we came in contact with were great. So come in and support a local vineyard to do a wine tasting, their wines are so good. They even have 3 different tree houses that you can reserve to chill in with a 4th one coming soon. Too much to say about this place so I hope the pics will tell all I have to say. We will definitely be coming back to reserve one of the bigger treehouses.

It was my first time there and enjoyed an afternoon out for a friend's birthday. The grounds and staff were super great and they have a decent selection of wines made on site and other wine accessories/decor! Can't wait to go back!

My first visit to a NC Vinyard. The grounds were beautiful, and the Treehouses- very nice. The wine testing was enjoyable, however, I'm not fond of semi/sweet wines- but most of the other guests appeared to like then a lot. The other 3 wines- from other regions- were okay. However, it was a great outing, so no complaints.

The ownership and staff are very nice, Superbly welcoming and overall very friendly. The store/wine tasting area is ok. Not special. Three stools pulled up to a bar area. The server/hostesses were nice and told stories while allowing guests to taste wine. The wine samples were truly the smallest I have ever been served at a tasting. Less than one ounce per glass. This was slightly disappointing. No tour of the winery was available. The wines are good and do include reds and whites. Most were too sweet for my liking. More like desert wines than table wines that would be served with a meal. The wine tasting is inside the wine store. Attached is a religious room with dioramas about Israel, WW2 concentration camps, Anne Frank and about 1000 religious books. Attached to this is a large wedding venue. Beyond the main building one can approach vines where some of the grapes are grown. Most grapes for the wines come from far outside of the property grounds. We reserved the horse feathers treehouse for a mid-week overnight. Check-in was 4pm however the treehouse was not cleaned and ready. I checked at the counter at 3, 4, 430and 5pm each time told not yet. This was surprising considering they repeatedly informed us of penalties if we were not out of the unit by 12 noon. Only two cabins/treehouses were rented the night before so it took over 5.5 hours to clean and prep two rooms??? The location is interesting. One drives through a subdivision of older rundown/vacant/boarded up homes to get to the Treehouse Vineyard. Kind of a let down before you arrive at a roughly 40 acre farm/vineyard/family compound. Only about 10 acres is currently utilized by the vineyard/treehouse area. The treehouse was nice. A living room 1/2 bath and kitchenette on the first floor. Stairs to the second floor to one bedroom and a full bathroom. Full amenities were present including a fridge, utensils and air conditioning units. A very nice covered deck wrapped the treehouse on two sides. A very jenky propane grill was present. Knobs did not control the flame. It looked as if it had never been cleaned. You started the grill with a long lighter as the button starter was broken. The weather was nice a couple of light rain shower lots of sunshine and cool breezes. We saw bats, deer, raccoons and heard lots of frogs and other woodland creatures. Overall a nice concept that is growing and over time will overcome the minor shortcomings. Go ? Sure midweek for a discounted overnight. The full rack rate would be disappointing for familiesfine for a large group gathering.
