Went on the first day! I had the Mahi Mahi tacos which were okay. The street corn dip was pretty good, I put some in my tacos which made those much tastier! The coconut shrimp were so tasty! Wish I had a spicy dipping aioli sauce for those. I also had a raspberry drink with jalapeos and it was sooooooo good!!

Walking into Tommy Bahama Restaurant is like stepping into a beach vacation where nobody tells you sunscreen is a scam. The dcor whispers, "Retire now and buy a boat," while the menu winks at you with tropical flavors that almost make you believe you're in the Caribbeanalmost. The coconut shrimp? Crunchier than my savings account after a weekend getaway. The mahi-mahi? So nice, they named it twice, but maybe only needed to name it once. And the cocktails? Strong enough to make you consider quitting your job and becoming a professional hammock tester. Service was friendly, the atmosphere was breezy, but the flavors? Lets just say they put the mild in mildly exciting. I wouldnt sail a thousand miles for it, but if I washed up on shore and this was my only option, Id happily dig in.

A Five-Star Experience at Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar We recently had the pleasure of dining at Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we had stumbled upon something special. What we didnt realize at first was that the restaurant had only been open for 52 hoursa fact that left us even more impressed by the seamless service and top-tier experience. Drawn in by the inviting outdoor atmosphere, our family decided to stop in on a whim, and were so glad we did. We started with a few appetizers, including the Buffalo Cauliflower and Street Cornboth of which were absolute standouts. In fact, the Street Corn was so delicious that it almost sparked a friendly battle at our table over the last bite! For our entrees, we were blown away not only by the incredible flavors but also by the beautiful presentation and freshness of each dish. Every plate that arrived at our table was a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds. Our experience was further elevated by the exceptional service. Our waiter, William, was top-notchattentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. We were also fortunate enough to meet the general manager, Kateland, who took the time to personally check in on us. She made us feel like old friends, adding an extra touch of warmth to an already fantastic evening. We also enjoyed a few craft cocktails, which were perfectly balanced and expertly made. The children indulged in desserts, and just like everything else, they were high quality and absolutely delicious. Beyond the food and drinks, what truly set this experience apart was the energy and atmosphere. The lively music added to the vibrant setting without overpowering the conversation, creating the perfect balance of excitement and relaxation. From start to finish, Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar delivered an unforgettable dining experience. It wasnt just a mealit was a memorable evening filled with great food, outstanding service, and a welcoming ambiance. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience!

Tommy Bahama nailed their opening weekend - a hard feat and a sign of good things to come. Staff was wonderful, we were greeted by the general manager who was so friendly. The food and drinks were perfectly timed for a great gathering with friends. And the retail environment is open, airy, lots of natural light and a welcome addition to the South Park shopping experience.

SO excited they are opening Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar in Charlotte!! I checked it out before it opens this Friday: it's the first Marlin Bar with indoor seating and it has the largest amount of outdoor seating. As a Texan who has enjoyed this treasure for years, I'm so grateful one has been built in NC!
