Loved the atmosphere, the style, look of the restaurant. The kitchen staff were all so focused on their jobs, you can tell they enjoy their job! Thank you all for the delicious food, from the Jimmy salad, hot honey pizza, to the tiramisu. If you love cheese this is the place for you. Our server was pleasant, sweet, bad genuinely interacting with us.

If you enjoy a verity of Italian style goods, this is a great option. The wait to get a sever to our table was a good while. The shrimp and grits was a bit too tomatoey for my personal taste and the shrimp were definitely frozen not fresh but the polenta was very creamy and good. The cappuccino was good and the decor is very pretty. For me, one visit was enough.

We came to The Jimmy for my spouses birthday. They were nice enough to hold a cake from a bakery over night and the visit exceeded our expectations. The manager Sara stopped by our table several times to check on us and our server, Carson, took great care of us. We will return.

Went today for lunch. We tried to pull up menus on line before hand and gave us errors. We advised hostess we had issues and she said they were aware and working on solving. Got a great table outside on a patio that is great. Staff was fine. Had the valencia new fashioned which we found too sweet. The mezcal with espresso was good. The chopped salad was ok but wish it had less topping they covered it in sumac or a nut topping which took over flavor. Chicken pesto sandwich lacked pop. Couldnt taste any pesto and mushrooms controlled flavor. If we go back would try pizza which we smelled as it went to table next to us and were jealous thinking we ordered wrong.

The Jimmy is quickly becoming one of my favorite restaurants in Charlotte! The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious and they've got a great wine list! Major perk: It's one of the few restaurants in Charlotte that you can get Cacio e Pepe (pic included) and boy do they nail that dish! Additionally we've tried two of the other pasta dishes and a couple pizzas and all of them I'd order again. Oh and the Jimmy salad is literally the best salad in Charlotte! Don't sleep on this spot Charlotte! It's worth a visit!
