Here, every seat in the house is a good one, and the warmth doesn’t just come from the 600-degree wood-fired oven. I had a great experience here, with the food and the wait staff. Unfortunately they were out of the pasta, so I went for the steak instead. Steak was very good, they cooked medium rare perfectly, and the sauce had a nice acidity to it. The sticky pork shank was very flavorful with a sweet sauce. Mac and cheese tasted very creamy and cheesy. The burrata had a lot of nice flavors to combine for an appetizer and the donut was really good and fluffy, but very filling! Drinks were very good as well. I would definitely come back here and recommend it.

This restaurant is beautiful. Great decor and the staff was very friendly. When we arrived the restaurant was fairly empty so we were seated right away and it wasnt long after we sat down when our waitress Rachel came to take our drink order and go over the menu with us . The highlight of our night was meeting another Yelp Elite Jordan. We talked about traveling and food until her guest arrived. Rachel explained the menu in detail so we could make the best choice for our entrees. For how expensive the entrees were they should have come with at least one side. I really enjoyed sitting close to the open kitchen and watching them cook and plate the food. The drink I had was really good with unique taste. I love spicy drinks and I would give it a 6 on the spice level. I can say that I really enjoyed the food it was seasoned well and was fresh. I would definitely come back.

Restaurant inside Marriott Charlotte City Center. Excellent service with mostly tasty food items. Breakfast was good. Avocado toast and breakfast potatoes were the highlight items. Biscuit was super dense and not good. Waffle was standard and a little dense also. Eggs were good. Lots of seating.

Stopped in for a quick bite. Our server, Maria was very friendly & informative, she was able to answer all of our questions & help me pick an entree I loved. I had the scallops & my partner had a pasta dish that I dont currently see on their menu online, maybe it was a special. But both were absolutely delicious & an appropriate size for the price. The cocktails were also very well made, and strong. Service was fast, & overall I have no complaints about the experience at stoke. The only thing that would prevent me from coming back here on a date night is the volume level - the hotels sports bar concept is connected to stoke & different music is played in each restaurant, it was very loud & distracting. It caused other guests to yell over the music to hear each other & I could barely hear my partner. Better for a casual outing but I would give it another shot, I really loved my scallops.

Design and feels is great. Conveniently located at the Marriott. We experienced unprofessional service because they had the breakfast server come in to fill. Food was hit and miss, some dishes where good, some were just ok. The do validate the valet.
