Seoul Food Meat Co. Mill District

The vibe at the new Seoul Food Meat Co location is more like a family friendly restaurant than the original location in South End that has a bar feel. I thought the food was pretty good but others in my party didnt care for it. I liked the cheesesteak egg rolls and the bulgogi taco. Tip and gratuity are already added into the prices so prices seem high (but you dont add extra tip on when you swipe your card). All beers are $8 and appetizers are each $7. They also dont keep tabs open so you have to pay each time you go up to order more. Theres a game room in the back and an outdoor area with tables and a playground for the kids. Pretty big parking lot that is shared with the new food hall that opened next door. I think the light rail stops nearby too.

Swing and a miss...they had the opportunity to make this great...hopefully it works out the kinks during the rest of the soft opening. The cafeteria style is a bit confusing when you walk in, and if there's a line at the first station, it will be in the walkway. My order for hot food was rangup incorrectly. The kitchen somehow didn't receive my order, and then it came out wrong. Didn't receive my food until after my entire party was done with their meal. Brisket was dry and overcooked. Prices have increased 20-40% at both locations. Also can someone explain the corn silos?? The only redeeming factor was the manager who came to apologize after the second messup. And there is no tip option, which is appropriate as you collect your own food and drinks and bus your own table.

We had an amazing time karaoke-ing at the new Seoul Food location! Its huge with a stunning open design. There are lots of tasty drink options, and the wings are INCREDIBLE. Plus the staff was so kind and helpful the whole night, and quickly moved us to a new karaoke room when the tablet in ours stopped working. Highly recommend all around!

First of all, this place is amazing. I can't wait for long summer days hanging out with friends after work. The patio and the outdoor atmosphere are great. Now the inside is beautifully decorated and has plenty of seating for any party you want. I think it's possible to come here and spend a whole day here without running out of things to do. The menu has tons of different options and is a la carte so you can really pick your own adventure.

Excellent experience. Karaoke room w/kids, table soccer, 4-person air hockey, delicious Korean/American fusion bbq, and enough Soju to make a Friday night awesome. Bailey and Josh were awesome servers in the private area. Absolutely killer experience- great place early if you have kids. Awesome later experience without them. Cant wait to go again!
