Heard about this place on QC@3 and thought we would try it. Very friendly and helpful from the get go! Fresh warm pretzels and more than just mustard to dip them in. Lots of other cool ideas on the menu as well. Cool place, nice people and very VERY good pretzels!!!

We just can't get enough of Philly Pretzel Factory! If you enjoy soft pretzels as much as our family does, you will not be disappointed. Served warm, soft, fresh & with just the right amount of salt every time. While we tend to get the 5 for $5 every order, we also like the mix it up & try something new. The rivets (rivet shaker pictured), the pretzel dogs & the mini cheese steaks are delicious too! As far as dips, we have tried quite a few & they all are good, but the honey mustard we buy by the bottle. There is something about the sweet & tangy on the salty pretzels that is really pretty magical. Their team is always thoughtful & friendly + the owners are the nicest people ever! Looking forward to the next time already!!!

The customer service was great! I popped in not to long before closing and the owner made a fresh batch of pretzels. However, I definitely expected the pretzels to be a little more tasty. I found them to be a bit dry and tasteless ..even the cinnamon sugar nuggets. Quite disappointed. If you are looking for more of an Auntie Annes taste, you unfortunately wont find it here!
