Just got an egg everything BEC and it was amazing. My husband and I are from NJ and these are just as good as the ones we grew up eating. Cant wait to go back and try their version of an Italian and a chopped cheese. Owner was very nice. The staff were efficient and quick with the long line out the door.

Live close by and waiting for the place to open. Came on a Saturday was extremely busy with a line out the door. Line moved at a decent speed. I ordered a Soho on Multigrain Everything Bagel. Should have checked before I left the parking lot but when I got home it was this. I dont think this is a Soho but it was a great bagel. Will come back and try a Soho next time. Update Came back next day. Got 2 SoHos on Egg Bagels. Was everything I expected and more. Will return, best bagels in Charlotte.

Was looking forward for their opening and they finally did. Soho egg bagel turned out to be great so as another one I tried. Best bagel shop in Pineville, bagels are fresh and they have big assortment for you to choose. Will be coming back!

Oy vey, let me tell you about this little slice of New York right here in Charlotte - New York Old School Bagel & Deli. After shpilkes (anxiety) for months, I finally schlepped over on their second day open. Mazel tov to them, its a bit of a balagan (chaos) with the new staff, but give it time. The joints no schmancy place, just a counter and bagel bins youll be noshing on the go. A bissel (little) outdoor seating wouldnt hurt, though. Their menu? Like a kid in a candy store from schmear to shmeer, theyve got it all. And the homemade coffee cake? A mechaye (delight)! They even have the classics like bacon, egg, and cheese on a Kaiser, and a mouth-watering Reuben. But, wheres the Dr. Browns in the cooler, huh? Now, the main shtick the bagel. I ordered an egg bagel with lox and schmear, not toasted (who toasts perfection?). For about 17 bucks, its gelt (money) well spent. This isnt just a bagel; its a work of art! The crust? Perfectly crispy, just how a bagel crust should be. And the inside oy, the chew! Its like a little nosh of heaven with each bite. Cream cheese shmear on both sides, plenty of lox its like being back in the old neighborhood. Next time, Im trying more and getting a dozen to freeze. Its a shlep from my place, but for a bagel this good? Worth every mile. So, if youre craving a real-deal New York bagel south of the Bronx, this is your place. And maybe, just maybe, theyll get those Dr. Browns soon. A mensch can hope!
