The turkey on my Deli Club sandwich was maybe the best I've ever had. It wasn't until after I ordered that I noticed whole grain wheat bread, it's not my favorite but it was great. This is instantly my new spot for a Club.

I've ordered out a couple times and now eaten in and every time the food has been excellent! I have had three different sandwiches (The Carmela, Beefeater, and Pot Roast) and have loved each of them. Friendly and efficient staff. Clean restaurant and restrooms. I will absolutely continue as a customer!

We have been coming here for over 15 years. What happened to the Fire Roasted Tortilla Soup??? Its delicious please bring it back!

It was meh. Place was not bussed very well. Dirty dishes left all around. Pastrami sandwich smaller than it used to be. French onion soup cheese was just shoved in the microwave to melt the cheese. Salad bar was ok. Definitely not as good as they used to be.

Terrible customer service! As my girlfriend and I walked in we werent greeted which I let slide even though it wasnt busy and there were 3-4 employees in front who saw us come in. We grabbed a menu & stepped to the side to make a decision because it was our first time there. Once we made a decision we stood directly at the register where two female employees stood there in each others faces completely ignoring us for a good full minute or two before I said were ready . They slowly stopped their conversation & gave us a snarky look as if they were amused that we had to say something to them first . I asked the girl who put her hand on the register How are you doing (because Ive worked in customer service before & its embedded in me to be friendly) , she barely even said fine & proceeded to give me the same snarky look . I told my girlfriend I didnt want to eat at the establishment because the ladies were blatantly rude and I refuse to risk eating at a place that cant even teach their employees manners (I said it loud enough for them both to hear & they stood there as we walked off) . & I honestly hate the whole race card thing that people throw up in regards to different situations but it was highly evident that the two ladies disregarded us due to us being black or theyre just too immature to uphold a job and rather gossip and play in a restaurant . Whoever is the store manager definitely needs to acknowledge issues such as these because it is unacceptable.
