Brixx Wood Fired Pizza - Birkdale

We forgot to take photos of our pizzas when they arrived. It was a very busy time (Saturday at 2 pm), so it took a little while for our food to arrive. This Brixx location has a nice outdoor dining area, but the inside feels very small and cramped. We ordered Spinach Artichoke Dip and a Cesar salad split to begin with. We ordered drinks at the bar before we got our table, so that was separate from the total bill. We had two teenagers, and three adults. We each ordered a pizza except one Thai Chicken Salad (with added shrimp), two IPA beers, one Mic Ultra, a tea, and two sodas. The total with tip was just about $122. I liked everything I hadI would have given a higher score if the interior of the restaurant was nicer. It felt really tiny and cramped.

The pizza was great! The chicken was ok. Our waitress was so awesome! She definitely the reason why it earned the fourth star. The atmosphere was energetic. I would definitely go back to eat here.

Excellent food. Love the thin crust pizza that is PERFECTLY portioned toppings. Not over worked with heavy , greasy ingredients. The wood fire buffalo wings were AMAZING!!! Super tasty and yummy-licious!! HANNA was so Johnny-on-the-Spot with the recommendations and quick service. Went to wash my hands, SHEER HORROR!!! Not only did the restrooms give me flashback of gym class in the 90s, but they were dilapidated and filthy. The toilet holder was mounted crooked. The soap dispenser was at midget level and barely visible. . The hinges on the doors had built on crud. If these are the restrooms the staff use, YIKES.! Food- 5*! Accommodating- 2* because outside dining was nice

My very 1st brick-oven pizza experience and it was absolutely amazing!! Brixx has got to be the best pizza I've ever tasted...not even kidding. I got the 4x4 and it was loaded with savory meats, melty cheese, and just the right crisp to the crust. Their selection of craft beers was legit too. My wife got a Mojito and said it was fantastic as well.

really great pizza & the staff was incredibly nice ! a lot of variety on the menu & vegetarian options :D we had the bruschetta, caesar salad, and the greek pizza !
