We were in mood for steak and what better place than BLT. Made a last minute reservation at this spot , they were very accommodating on a Saturday night. It was just 2 of us , but they were able to squeeze us in at our desired time. Got there , we were seated right away. Our waitress was super nice and recommended few items. Everything came out on a timely manner , food was great . Steaks were cooked to perfection. They even validated our parking , which we parked on Ritz Carlton side. Ambiance- 10/10 Service - 10/10 Parking - Valet Reservation- Needed

Our server Mary was simply the best service we have had in a long while! Food was delicious (steaks were a little cool) but overall our impromptu date night was awesome! Asst Mgr Sarah was very accommodating and the Mgr Chad was awesome. We plan to book a birthday celebration at this location very soon simply because the service was so great!

This place is Amazing! And our waitress Mary was awesome! Super friendly, and her service was spot on. We got to meet Matthew (Executive Chef) and decided to go with his recommendations on the menu. And we were so glad we did! The food was spectacular! This will definitely continue to be one of our go to spots on date night! Everyone, check out BLT Steak...you won't be disappointed!

Nice fine dining experience. The steak was delicious. Seasoned and cooked well. The burger was good as well. The dessert fell a little short. I ordered the sticky bread pudding with a dessert wine. The pudding was a little dry, and my wine never came. The server acknowledged it and apologized. Overall, it was a good experience.

From the second we drove up to the valet we were treated. EXTREMELY well taken care of. We were a little late due to the traffic from an unexpected event at the convention center and they honored our reservation so that worked out! The staff was super kind and informative about the event and how long it would take to get the car out later should we take 3 hours to dine. We were seated almost right away and given some complimentary champagne to celebrate our late Valentines day dinner which was so sweet. Our server Adam took great care of us and made some good conversation which we appreciated very much. Our popovers didnt come out until very late so they gave us some extras to take home. Popovers- Excellent and loaded with flavor and melt in your mouth goodness. Tuna Tartare- Complimented by the sauce more than any I have ever seen. Delectable. Caesar- Perfectly tasteful with flavor loaded cheese crusted bread sticks. Manhattan- made to perfection. New York Strip- Intense flavor overload, perfectly cooked. Could have eaten 4 more. It was a really wonderful time here and everyone was so nice. Everything was just perfectly romantic and Ill never forget my time there.

Happy to say terrific cuisine and outstanding service are still to be found in this space that used to be BLT. Unfortunately, The Fifth Fork isn't listed on Open Table or Resy, so you have to make reservations old school. We had a wonderful evening with our favorite server, Michael, who has bridged the change in name and chefs. By far one of Charlotte's best dining experiences.
