Red Clay Ciderworks became Charlotte, North Carolina's first cidery in July of 2015. We use a unique blend of North Carolina apples to create an array of refreshingly unique hard ciders that are not overly sweet. With quality as our focus, we think you’ll be just as juiced to drink our small-batch ciders as we are to make them!

Had a wonderful time at Red Clay Ciderworks today they assisted in hosting a team building event for 22 people. The drinks were excellent and people were raving at the different flavors. Would highly recommend. The Strawberry Rhubarb may be the best cider Ive ever tried.

Super fun flights. Done on a unique presentation as well. They make lots of small batches of super unique (but amazing) flavors. Between a group of 4 of us, every drink was amazing. Not a single drink we didn't like. They also have a shop inside with some of the more popular flavors so you can bring them home and keep enjoying them!! Great place to hangout with some friends and enjoy an afternoon.

A proper cidery with a great selection, and good mix of sweet, dry, and in between! Tried 6 different ciders I think between samples and a flight. Reasonably priced. Jamie and Rex were hospitable and informative. I wish I was as cool as these folks! They sell 4-pks to go as well, which I appreciated. Got a few more cans to add to my collection :) They also sell beer and wine for your non-cider-drinking friends. It's a 5-min walk north from the Scaleybark stop on the Lynx blue line! I will be back next time I'm in town... by the pictures in other reviews it looks like I missed out on the spaghetti and meatball waffle cone! Pay this place a visit!

I love this place, if you want good cider come here. The owners are fantastic and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The food is solid too.
