Play Date: Camp Snoopy
Gear up for a fun-filled day at Camp Snoopy, Carowinds’ adventure destination just for kids.

Charlie Brown and the rest of the PEANUTS gang have turned the site into a place for summer fun with six new attractions set in the Carolina wilderness. Buckle up for a ride aboard the wacky Camp Bus and hold on tight to Pig Pen’s Mud Buggies for a bumpy “off-roading” adventure. Soar high to escape the reach of the Kite Eating Tree, twirl on Woodstock Whirlybirds, and take the wheel on the PEANUTS Trailblazers’ speedway.
Put your troop’s climbing skills to the test at Beagle Scout Acres, an 8,000-square-foot playground with slides, bridges and treehouses offering campers a bird's-eye view of the grounds. There’s even shade for the counselors (Mom and Dad) to relax. As in summers past, campers can swing on Charlie Brown’s Wind Up, take flight on Kiddy Hawk, and reunite with favorite characters on The Grand Carousel, which has been renovated for the season.
Soon, you’ll need to refuel. Camp Cook Out offers chicken tenders, corn dogs and fries in kid-friendly portions. Have more time to explore after the lights are out? Rest up at Carowinds’ Camp Wilderness Lodge, Cabins or RV sites for a true sleepaway camp experience.
