Cirque du Soleil will showcase its signature jaw-dropping acrobatics at Charlotte Motor Speedway in the show, “BAZZAR.”
“BAZZAR” combines the talents of acrobats, dancers and musicians to create an inventive, awe-inspiring display. A maestro will guide you through a one-of-a-kind world under the Big Top, where his dynamic troupe performs a whimsical show in a vibrant setting.
All ages will delight in watching skilled acrobats perform astounding feats, from teeterboard and duo trapeze to aerial rope and acrobatic roller skating. This show pays homage to the origins of Cirque du Soleil, honoring the founders and their initial passions. Fire manipulation and aerial straps are highlights of “BAZZAR,” along with new acrobatic experiences that are sure to amaze.
For the first time in Cirque du Soleil history, performers display strength and technical feats in a mesmerizing act of “Mallakhamb,” a traditional Indian sport that combines gymnastics with aerial-yoga postures and wrestling on a weighted vertical pole.
With an international cast of 34 performers and musicians, “BAZZAR” is a sensational sensory experience that reinvents the vibrant origins of the world’s most innovative circus company.
Cirque du Soleil “BAZZAR” comes to Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord on Dec. 16. The show runs through Jan. 14, 2024.
